does anybody know.............

I want to ship out my car,i know it costs a lot in tax,but i want it out with me,i am sending over a 40 container full of other items ,i know it will fit in there,but does thai ruling means it has to go other means of transport ,meaning driving on/driven off type of thing.

Itsa 1999 mercedes ml 4x4,and i understand there is a rebate on the 80% tax imposed.

Or is there any rocket scientists out there who knows the correct procedure.

Also try a forum search on "car import".

Problem is is that the 80% tax is based on the assumed value of the car here, not how much you paid for it over there!
