Dumping Itunes For Iphone Music

Featured Replies

Hi,

iTunes seems fickle, can't get alot of my songs onto my iPhone ( original iPhone version - bought in from True ). MediaMonkey seems to do a good job, although it has a few bugs of its own.

Any other recommendations ?

thx.

I'm a big fan of MediaMonkey, but if you're happy and comfortable using something that doesn't have a fancy interface, Foobar2000 is, in my opinion, hands-down the best audio player for Windows. i-Tunes is garbage, as you've obviously discovered.

Never had a problem getting iTunes songs on the iPhone... Either you set it to sync playlists, or you set it to manage music manually, when you can drag and drop music onto it old style. What's the issue?

I have problems with iTunes...like Skippy says some songs go on and some (e.g. Pretty Vacant) won't go on. It went onto my N95 no problems, in fact all songs went on there no problems. Yea, iTunes is a bit crappy.

I use Yamipod. Freeware.

My problem with iTunes is that with a big library of music (+800 GB) the programs was extremely slow.
