Udsanakorn Who Ambushed Pm Thursday

Featured Replies

A woman who ambushed Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and asked for his help on Thursday returned to the Government House to follow up her request on Friday.

This time Udsanakorn Kogsherwan, 43, brought along her daughter; Korawan or Sunny.

On Thursday, she interrupted Abhisit's press conference and criticised him in front of reporters and TV cameras that he and his government mishandled people's problems particularly poverty.

She claimed she was so poor that she could not afford her daughter's school expenses.

udsanakorn claimed Thursday, "My daughter can't study at any kindergartens, as I can't loan money for her education. I want the government to solve this problem."

"Every government doesn't help the poor because politicians only focus on the reshuffle or the constitution amendment. I believe that they would never solve the problems," she added.

On Friday, police at the Government House had to follow her closely. A government source said Udsanakorn was informed that authorities concerned already forwarded her complaint to Social Development And Human Security Ministry.
