Patong Post Office

Just like to say what a good service. I had ordered some items on line from the UK. Sent by air mail (non recorded) after about 2 weeks had not received anything. So off down to the Post Office not holding up much hope. As suspected nothing there but the guy in the back room give me some forms to fill out with contact details. 2 days later got the slip in the post to pick up the parcel up at the Post Office. Went down paid the import duty job done.

Ordered some more items last week from the same place. When they arrived at the Post Office i received a phone call from the Post Office saying that i had a parcel to pick up. When i got there the guy that had taken my details 6 weeks ago handed me the parcel. He apologised for it taking so long. I explained to him that it was a different parcel not the one from 6 weeks ago. I was expecting to pay about 800b for the import duty. But he only wanted 7฿ (yes seven). So give him a 200b for himself and told him to keep a eye out for anything else for me.
