May 24, 200917 yr I think you are asking if you can stay more than 90 days. There is no rule that says you can't. The rule that was for visa exempt entries was eliminated last Novemer. There has never been one for visa entries.
May 25, 200917 yr Not sure what you are asking but as said there is no limit on how long you can stay with Visas or Entry Stamps.
May 25, 200917 yr Look in your passport. Immigration put a stamp in there when they extended your stay, telling you till what day you can stay. it say something like permitted to stay untill *** june 2009.
May 25, 200917 yr I suspect you have a 30 day visa exempt entry rather than a tourist visa (did you obtain a visa from a Consulate prior to arrival?). A 30 visa exempt entry can only be extended 7 days. A tourist visa entry can only be extended 30 days. And do not believe you would 'gain' overstay if they agreed to provide.
