Microsoft Office In Thai?

Featured Replies

A Thai colleague of mine keeps asking for help on how to do this and that in MS Office 2003. All his menus are in Thai. Is this some Thai version of Office (the help about menu doesn't indicate it is Thai) and how can I get English menus displayed??

If it is a localized version, I do not believe you can get English menus and structure. That would have been an option with the English version using a Thai language pack.

Check ->programs->Microsoft Office->Office Tools - check if you have language switcher. But as the previous poster mentioned, it might be a localized version.

That seems to be the answer, language switcher.... but the computer in question needs the software install files which of course no one now has.... thanks for the answer nevertheless...

You can change it into English. There is a shortcut in one of the office folders. I think it looks like an A or some alphabet letters. I've installed MS Office on some computers and changed the language back to English. Just click on the shortcut and it will give you the option to change it to English in some menus. Everything is in Thai so you might want to have a Thai person there with you to help you out. I luckily have remembered a letter or two in the Thai alphabet that spells out English or something so I know the option to choose. Look for the ง letter.

am having the same problem to i cant find the option to change it good thing i fount this ...

thank you :)
