Exactly! All depends on our 'thinking'.

We can all find things we are better at than other people. I for example am an exellent artist. To say that somebody else paints like sh*t is 'paintist'. To say that men are better paintiers than women is 'sexist'. (Just to throw a little light hearted humor in here)... To say that black guys have bigger d!cks than white guys is 'racist'. But it is still the truth!

There is another point... if something is 'true' can it be considered 'racist' or 'sexist'?

Gotta tell you a funny story relating to this... Many years ago in the Bahamas, a friend and I used to go the gym often and then for a sauna. One day we go to the sauna with towels wrapped around our waists. My friend was 'bigger' than me and fancied himself. When we walked into the sauna, one of our 'brown brothers' was sitting bang oposite the door. He had one foot up on the bench and the other on the floor, showing all and sundry... Well... there was this 'brown' rope... hanging down 'limp' five inches... and another five inches laying along the bench... My friend and I just looked at each other and went sat at the other end of the sauna. We never removed our towels... and I said to my friend, "How you feel now, big boy?"

I was once told at swimming pools both in Muslim Malyasia and in east end Bangkok that I couldn't come back with my Adidas swimming shorts but must wear the body hugging speedo types! Mine, I think, were considered unclean.

My swimming pool, won't say the name, but a big university in the Bang Kapi area , has no probs with falang. The only discrimination i got was when i tried to swim in board shorts, they insist men wear speedoes, slip dicks, pointers ect. Really doesn't flatter the beer gut

I used to think those Speedo trunks were for fags until I lived overseas and started getting used to them. Find 'em more comfortable than all that cloth hanging around your legs anyhow.

I have recently been to a beautiful public thai swimming pool in Bangkok. I have been looking for a pool for quite a while. I live and work in BKK.

I tried to join and the old man said ''Farang cannot, only for Thai''.

I was taken aback. After asking him why ... and getting the usual blank look ... I got 

Has anyone else come across this racism? And does anyone know a public pool where membership isn't dependent on the colour of your skin.

I received the same treatment in Chiang Mai a couple of years ago. They had the nerve to complain about the skidmarks in my speedos. Skids my arse, its cos' am white.
