Im currently living in Vietnam and am unable to get any hrt patches here so i was wondering maybe i could get them in Thailand somewhere. Does anyone know of a online pharmacy or address/email of anywhere that they might be available.

I assume when you say HRT you mean estrogen (estradial). Patch is available in Thailand under the brand name Climera, but I don't know of anywhere in Thailand that ships pharmaceuticals abroad and doubt there are any, would probably have to come here to get it.

While patches may not be available in VN there are several brands of estradial gel available there. Essentially the same thing as the patch -- dermal absorption -- only difference is you need to apply it daily. I actually prefer the gel to the patch because it allows you to fine tune dosage to the least amount needed. Also, patch can be a problem in the hot humid tropics unless you are always in a/c.

Of course, need also to use a progesterone unless you have had a hysterectomy (and even then, many would still advise it as true HRT needs to replace both). . This too is availabe in VN in gel form, several brands.

Yes i would need both gels, not a problem applying daily( im sure my hormones wont let me forget)
