Hello, Yes I can help you with that -my name is Champ (I am Thai) - I have the forms and can meet you at the registration office across from the Holiday Inn -Chiang Mai at your convince. My fee is 500 baht it takes approx. 2 to 3 trips to the office to complete I just need to meet you 1 time with the motorcycle. If the motorcycle cannot be registered correctly there is no charge.
