Those of you getting your water from Tessabaan Nakhon Ratchasima should know that the public water supply will be off for 3 days beginning Wednesday, June 10th. I got the word from the security guard at our moo baan. Ms. R reports that a loudspeaker truck is prowling the streets of downtown Korat spreading the word.

I got the word from the security guard at our moo baan. Ms. R reports that a loudspeaker truck is prowling the streets of downtown Korat spreading the word.

That happened to us in Udon, couple months back, only water tanker trucks came to sell water at 250bht a time,

which is higher than the whole months water bill.

Forgive my ignorance but how do you know where your water is coming from????

The water authority has an office on Nong Prajak, and there's several big hoses that they fill up tankers for 50 bht,

its the most popular stop, a long cue during songkrang period. Guess one can go and fill up oneself?

When the water supply stops - theres only choice of water tankers or bottled distilled water?

So has anybody had their water turned off today or was this a load of b******s?
