Visa Run For..

Featured Replies

how many day can stay in thai with visa run one citizien of:

usa

england

japan

france

australia

for example i am italian man and for me only 29 days with visa run.

If you have a non immigrant visa 90 days.

If you have a tourist visa 60 days. Can be extended another 30 days at Immigration office.

If you have no visa and obtain visa exempt at airport 30 days.

If you have no visa and obtain visa exempt at a land or sea entry 15 days.

All will get the same 15 days if they enter at a border or 30 days if by air.

All are now limited to 4 border crossing and then need to do a flight out and back or get a visa to reset the count.

See this file for a complete list of countries and types of entries that do not require a visa before arrival. http://www.mfa.go.th/internet/document/ChartVisa.pdf

The two replies above is the answer.

I think you are talking about entries with no Visa.

30 days by air. 15 Days by land.

yes, good paper, but.. are you sure citizien of malaysia only 30 days with visa run?? i know 90 days

A Malaysion citizen only gets 30 days on entry to Thailand unless they have a visa.

See the file that I gave you the link to it is written there and it is an official Ministry of Foreign Affairs document. If you look at page 2 it even has info about Malaysians getting 30 days when they enter from Malaysia instead of 15.

A Malaysian will get 30 days if entering Thailand from the Malaysian border. Otherwise 15 days.

No it is not - others only get 15 days on a land crossing.

so are you saying every time i fly out of the country it resets to another 30 days? Or is it

15 days per land entry with a maximum of four. = 30+15+15+15+15=90 days total by land or

30+30+30+30+30= 150 days by air?

Four 15 day entries and then fly out and get a 30 day entry to reset the count to zero. Then you can do the four fifteens again. First 15 = 1, 2nd = 2, 3rd = 3, 4th = 4 then fly out and back 4 then = 0 and then repeat.

You can do as many 30 day entries by air as you want there is no limit.
