Redfish, if you are interested in the subject, I think India is where you should be looking at. They have really started developing as a cheaper alternative for US couples and is probably one of the most advanced (of the third world countries) doing it. They have programs where not only do they remove and store your eggs, there's also a budding market where people are paying Indian women to also carry the child (using your egg and sperm). So basically anyone can stop in, get their egg./sperm extracted, come back 9 months later, and you have a baby.
