I have a family member coming over to Thailand next month and he wants to get a traditional tattoo from a Monk. Cheers in advance for any info given. Applied with the traditional metal pin, most of the Sak Yant designs take about 2 hours to apply. Telephone Phra Gamtawn for an appointment. (For those who do not speak Thai it may be advisable to ask a Thai friend to act as an interpreter.) Phra Ajarn Gamtawn has a vast selection of Sak Yant designs to choose from and he is very willing to advise ( in Thai ) on the meanings and significance of each design. Most of his designs incorporate the ancient Lanna script.
