Normal price in Penang of 1900baht for single entry.

You can only get an extension in Thailand and not a new visa.

If you don't have a work permit you will not get a B visa at any nearby consulate.

If you have a work permit valid for at least 9 months you can get a multiple entry in KL. In Penang also if the company has 8 million baht in registered captial.

If no work permit the nearest place is Australia.

A single entry visa is 2000 baht and a multiple is 5000 baht.
