Can someone please advise me if we can put a link for this charity function on here. I really don't want to look stupid by writing something each week to keep it on the front page but need to keep it in people's faces. Not just the fair but also the book/dvd/cd donations.

Generally we don't allow any kind of solicitation for charities. If we allow one then we have to allow them all & it will overtake the forum but please contact admin at support (at) thaivisa.com as they can give special approval if they think it is worth it.
