Microsoft Office 2002

Featured Replies

Don't know if any of you have experienced this problem before, perhaps I should of posted this in the thai language section of the forum, but thought I might check with thai visas computer gurus first.

I am a cheap skate, I have Microsoft Word 2002. I have trailed Microsoft 2007 & whilst its slightly better, im like an old dog that you can't teach new trick to & I have remained with the 2002 word.

The problem I have found is when trying to type thai text on Microsoft Word, certain proverbs don't come out properly. I don't understand why & its only with the following proverbs;

์ and

When typed these proverbs come up as a square type symbol & I can't work out why or what to do about it. At this rate, I'm gonna be 350 years old before I finish my thesis. :)

Any advice with this would be appreciated.

Do I need to put my hand in my pocket again & upgrade to Microsoft Office 2007.....I hope not :D

Hello mods, do you think you might be able to transfer this topic to the 'Thai language' forum & see if someone there has experienced the same problem as me. I guess it relates to both computers and Thai language. Please :) .
