Having trouble accessing my yahoo mail account.When i key in my user id and password it wont access,same to if i click on the help button for not being able to access my account that too i cant access.any advice please.

Clear cache and cookies. restart computer.

Just did a crosscheck on the web. It looks like Yahoo has problems and it is not a user related issue.

Try to access from a different location (or computer) and a different ISP.

I trust other Yahoo users on this board can assist you.

The same has happened to my wife twice during the last two years. I wrote to Yahoo from another mail address explaining the problem. I never got any reply from them but her Yahoo was back to normal within a few days.

Let me ask you a question. Which browser do you use?

Have you tried to access your account with a different browser than your default?

Do you have this problem with FF?
