Direct Link Satelite For Live Uk Tv

Featured Replies

Does anyone know if there is a way to watch UK TV or European / USA TV via a salelite , so that programmes can be viewed LIVE, not downloaded via one of these free recorded programme sites.

Thanks

not via satellite

look up the SLING BOX via internet

http://www.lyngsat.com/

Here you can check out which satellite carries which channels (and if that satellite has a footprint for your area in Thailand). Requires a bit of time browsing :)

Try europadigital.tv they can arrange slingbox connections provided you have a good adsl line

PS they also do cheap phone via sip

If you look at proxies you can use iPlayer, 4oD, etc etc.. If you know anyone with sky you can double up on thier sky and use thier streaming and sites too..

In the UK for a few months now and I am hooked on iPlayer, watch what I want, when I want, not on thier schedule.. Its superb, I will pay a fast proxy service to use this in Thailand and am lucky in that I have a pretty good ADSL line and a HTPC wired into my setup so hope for good results.

UBC getting less and less relevant.
