I am little bit woundering about negative comments on Air Asia.

I fly since 2 years and I am at 90% satisfied and already have book 15 single flight from the promotion fm October to March 2010.

Lets know. DELAYED it seldom is cause of the Air Company then the management in the Tower of departure and arrival.

In rushour the tower decide who go first out and at the other end who get landing permission. Eg if few aircraft are late from intercontinetal or long distance flight and arrive delayed similar time, there will be a busy time at the destination. By this the tower at the destination airport inform the tower at the departure airport don't let start to us. Even in Europe they are selective, the Discounter is mostly on the end of "welcome".

EXPRESS BOARDING: make only sence if you are few; it happen to Ha Noi near 50% had paid for EB and whith have no effect. If you fly with new Airbus A320 I guess enough space for normal size pax.

Lets stay fair in view of excellent price level. We can travel with a Rolce Royce if we pay only for a Volkswagen?

Just be prepared for the potential of your flight being very very delayed in both directions. The airline doesn't seem to worry about on-time departures. Every time I fly them I have to wait at least an hour longer than their schedule. Because they're a discount airline I'm not so sure they give a ..........
I'm about to book a couple of tickets from BKK to Bali for the end of August beginning of September.

Although the price has gone up from last week, when I looked on the Airasia website, the planes are still 3/4's empty.

Do the prices ever go down nearer the date?

Also, are the "priority seats" at the front and by the emergency exits any bigger or do have do they more leg room?

Or is it just that they enable you to get on and off the plane quicker?

You only pay a few hundred baht extra and a I wondered if it was worth it :)
