Wife's Name Change...need New Us Visa?

My wife and I have been married for three years and we are just getting around to changing her Surname to mine. She currently holds a 10 year tourist visa to the US and since she will be getting a new passport with my name and the visa will be in her former name, we are wondering if she will have to apply for a new visa to the US or will the old one still be accepted. Does anyone have any experience with this?
