bojo
I would like to learn how to use Joomla 1.5. I'm based in Chiang Mai. Is there any teaching course available to expats for the above or does anyone know of a private tutor? regards Bojo

ikebukuro5
$49.95 for CD version, plus shipping I presume.Regards Hi there, Joomla is my field of specialization and I'm also a certified teacher. Only problem is that I am in Pattaya... If you can come here or finance my trip over there I'll train you to make your Joomla website do absolutely anything you want it to do. I also design Joomla sites and can train you to maintain yours. If interested please send me a message. Best Regards, Bruno Edited July 7, 2009 by ikebukuro5
niller74
You may already have done research in the area, but if you haven't I strongly encourage you to have a look at Drupal. It is a lot more actively developed. I have been using both the past years and Drupal provide more flexibility by far.
bojo
Cheers for the replies all. The site's already developed using Joomla, I just need to learn how to add on and improve and upload stuff regularly. My designer is based in Koh Samui and will train me, I just don't fancy going there to learn. I'm useless with manuals and really need someone to hold my hand through the learning process. I appreciate all the suggestions above. Many thanks regards Bojo
