Got a Thai friend looking at condos, he went to one yesterday.

Seller:

"Price is 1.47M, however i've recently had several people come and look at the condo, but none of them have bought it, so i'll soon be increasing the price to 1.6M"

Neither friend or my wife understood why i laughed at hearing this.

My friend decorated his rented house, put in water heaters etc. you know made it pretty nice. The owner WOW this is nice. and then put his rent up!
