No Gate Way Reply

I have a secure internet TOT connection in my condo but when I try to use internet with my mobile on my secure home connection why do I keep getting "No Gateway Reply" and what does it mean.

This seems to be a well known issue for a while.

Some people could solve it by updating the firmware on their wireless router.

Speed Touch but not sure of the model. Standard issue from TOT

does your phone "see" the network when you run a WLAN scan?

Did WiFi work before or has this issue just occurred?

Maybe the DHCP server settings in your router

I had a similar issue with N82.

Unfortunately I am not familiar with the TOT router. Maybe another forum TOT user can step in and assist you.
