Hard to say for sure. The standard boiler-plate on the "contract" when you drop off film to be processed is that a shop only considers itself liable for the cost of replacement film (i.e. they lose your roll of pictures, they give you a fresh roll of film).
February 23, 200521 yr Yep, it's the same everywhere. Nothing you can do about it but hope they turn up.
February 23, 200521 yr Not sure from your post if you lost film for processing or lost negatives doing reprints - if you have photos make good copies of what you have is the best that you can do. If film was lost tell them what the photos are and perhaps they can locate in the wrong folder, or when someone else comes in saying they got the wrong photos. Do go back to check.
