I wonder if anyone can help with this

I am going to Thailand in a few weeks and would like to

take my Thai girlfriend back to Ireland for a few weeks holiday

I am meeting her in Bangkok where we are going to get her a passport and

get a visa at the Irish consulate.

She seems to think that there is a little bit more that we have to do.

As her English is not very good and my Thai is non existent - we are confused.

So:

1 - Does she have anything else to do.

2 - Does she have to travel with me.

3 - Any other advise tips would be appreciated.

4 - Any if anyone knows - what exactly does she have to produce to get her passport.

5 - OK - Ahem come clean - she is a bargirl.

Have a look in the Visa's and migration to other countries forum..............its not as simple as you might think to take your girlfriend back.......Good Luck.

If only life was so simple Maxchery if only.

I dare say you will need the luck of the irish to have her return to Ireland with you. It takes months if you are at all serious. (if the visa is approved) Search on TV and you will get an idea on the difficulties of your endeavours.
