Which Globally Recongnised Accounting Qualification

I know a young Thai girl living here in sunny England and she is looking to do a Accountancy qualification in the near future to better herself and to eventually use it back in Thailand.

Is anyone in the know of which qualification would be best for her to do ie the ACA, ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA or if anyone knows of any other please let me know.

She is aware that any qualification studied here would mean studying UK accounting procedure, but she seems to think that any UK qualification would be sought after by a Thai company should she decide to go back qhich i think at some point she will.
