Maxnet Indy > Premier Upgrade - Upgrade Fee?

I updated to premier awhile back and just received my first bill with the premier pricing. They've also tacked on an 'upgrade fee' of 503.50 baht, did anyone else upgrading their service package receive this?

When I originally signed up with maxnet they told me i could upgrade to a better package without a fee, and when i asked for the upgrade there was no mention of it. After nearly a month of worthless maxnet service and pathetic excuses ("problem will be fix 2 weeks"), this just adds to my disappointment with this company. Last time i paid the bill i very politley pointed out that my service was so bad i needed to use other people's connections and asked if they could please take a reduce the bill since some maxnet users here reported a full refund. They denied and said that no users had received a refund.
