Rimmer Posted July 21, 2009 Share Posted July 21, 2009 Pattaya, July 21 [PATTAYA ONE NEWS] : On Tuesday Afternoon, a Police Officer from Oman, Mr. Sulaiman Saif Thani Al Rahbi aged 41 made a complaint to the Undercover Unit at Pattaya Police Station claiming he had been drugged and robbed by a 15 year old girl he had picked up from the street. He revealed that in the early hours of Tuesday, he was walking back to his Hotel, the Cherry Lodge Hotel in South Pattaya when he came across the girl who suggested the pair go back to his Hotel for a massage. He agreed and during the massage he was asked to smell the massage oil. It appears he was given some form of drug at this point which rendered him unconscious. 9,020 US Dollars, 9,000 Baht, 30,000 Baht’s worth of wrist watches and a Samsung mobile phone were taken while Mr. Al Rahbi slept. The suspected thief was identified at the Police Station and Police will now attempt to locate the girl. This drugging business with the ladymen and other free-lancers from the beach area is getting to be routine. these arab guys in particular seem especially gullible. OR..do you think he negotiated with her just for therapeutic reasons ! It was the Omanian who stated to the Newspaper the she was 15..so one would presume she told him so. So a man, presumed Muslim, craves sex outside of marriage with a minor. It seems he did not commit a crime (praise Allah) and will not be charged. BUT...Isn't it logical that just as a female rape victim in a Muslim country might be murdered for having commited adultery, so too should this male police officer be punished for having done drugs? Thing is its one of the Pattaya newspapers reporting on it so you cant really rely on the girl actually being 15, they probably put this age in by using what is known in the trade as creative writing ....... these papers often make the victim look less then wholesome. Actually this entire story smells funny, sounds like something from 1001 Night (Arabic erotic folk tales, that is). The flunitrazepam nipple trick is probably closer to the truth, although it is purely speculation. And also implies sexual (and therfore incriminating) intent.
