Nope, I have no idea what will be built at that site. The important question asked was "what is the height restriction", and the answer to that is "eight floors" (or "stories").

Even large developments, with a tall condo building, are building separate 8-floor buildings on the property for rent. Although not fully spelled out in its literature, the Met condo will have an 8-floor building stuck in the middle of the front lawn. I asked about the "future development" rectangle and, after a lot of hemming and hawing, I was told it was going to be the aforementioned festering carbuncle. I asked what the building was going to be, and I got the famous "deer-caught-in-the-headlights" look.
