Just went through this exercise recently. The best we found was at Zen department store at Central World - 6th floor. If your mrs has a central card get extra discounts. Bigger selection than Paragon and Emporium but similar brands.

The Mall Department stores have them as well

The Mall Bang Kapi 3rd floor has an excellent selection, beware some very pricey items, noticed a 3 wheel push chair for 30,000 baht.

Also in Central World on the 6th floor (not in Zen) there is a Brown Farm outlet which has some nice cribs and sometimes different discounts than Brown Farm stuff found elsewhere.
