Rubber bands. Combined with the peanuts they hand out, it would then cause incidents such as bouncing them off the stewardess's ass or knocking off the pilots hat.

But then with all these no-frill setups, no peanuts are handed out; thus, peanuts will not be allowed in carry-on luggage as well.
