I hear Pilot error sighted as a possible reason for this. I would just like to say, for what its worth, the acctions of this pilot might have also saved many lives. I wish all those fortunate enough to survive a speedy recovery. This could have been so much worse.

Both first and last names are probably spelled/written wrong as they are not common Dutch names:

Abreheam is not a correct first name and is probably spelled/written correctly as Abraham - Last name Gzaaf is more difficult; it's likely to be something like "Schaaf"

Lucar is probably Lucas

Is anyone on Samui able to check upon these names at the Ban Don Hospital? (is the latter spelled correct; I can't recall a hospital name like that on Samui...
