Hi Yep you can still claim, although you have to put both your name and your wife's name on the claim form (Don't worry, nobody else understands why they have to put there wife's name on the form either, even though there wife's are not entitled to claim). Freddie212 Posted August 7, 2009 Share Posted August 7, 2009 yes,and child benifit,my tax credits where sorted out within a month or 2 and dont forget to get them backdated 3 months from the time of arrival,child benifit can take up to 6 months to come through but that will be back dated to the time of arrival.
