Hello everyone,

I am just an expat living close to Siam University wondering if anyone knows a good bar where the students go after school to cut loose etc. Especially the female students haha.

If anyone has any info stories about Siam University please post it here.

I know there is a good bar right behind "The Mall" Bang Khae, I think soi 82. It is right behind the 7-11 as you turn into The Mall Parking. It is owned by a nice Indian man who can speak English as well and they have live music starting at 8:00 pm.

I have been in Thailand for almost 9 years now and I can say that the Thai food at this bar is AMAZING !!!!!.

Not many Uni students go there though, it is more less a working man's bar but great place to knock back a few cold ones and eat some awsome food that is quite cheap

if you are after this just pm the majority of the members of this forum and ask where they met their wife.

They probably hang out with their friends or any internet cafe near the university. Unless you speak Thai fluently you are unlikely to meet many of them. Most of the girls are quite shy with farangs and getting to know them more than superficially is a long, slow process. And, unless you are of the same age bracket you can forget any intimate contact. My friend's daughter is 18 and she has many lovely girlfriends. They all meet at the parents place of business or at their home. None have enough money to hang out in bars.

how old are you OP? if you are a teacher they will probably think you are creepy + unethical, as i understand it, teachers are not supposed to be banging students in Thailand even at the uni level.

lets see now either you arrived very young and very cashed up (unlikely) or you arrived in your 30 -40"s more likely. They have zero interest in you so why make it difficult? buy a school dress leave it on your bed and rent a make believe uni girl its about as close as you will get to the real deal

Well for your information I arrived in Thailand when I was 30 and had cash. I have not ever been a sex tourist here but enjoy the crazyness and the Thai culture and wasf living.

Instead of hanging out with other expats (Mostly loser sex tourists) I enjoy mingeling with the Thai's and yes I can speak read and write fluent Thai.

I play music and am a fun guy to hang with and when I lived in Rangsit many years ago all of the students had bars etc that they would hang out at and hoped to meet farangs for some enlightineng conversations and most of them can speak English, they just dont get a chance to out of the classroom.

I am single and looking but not looking to marry a baby. Students are fun to hang out with and have great fun and times when they are not in School. Try it one day, you might even learn some Thai.

Uni girls go to Ratchada and RCA at night but it's a young scene. Better get some slick clothes, make friends with the owner and play the part of a big shot. Oh, and Engineer maybe isn't so sexy, how about international fashion model scout or band manager. Hire some Thai pretties to hang on your arms, buy a few bottles of Johnny Black (or Blue even better), get the VIP table and start telling lame jokes that your entourage will laugh at. After that, just let the social dynamics of curiosity and jealousy play their part.
