Cant say I have ever seen any in Rayong, specialising only in PVC windows, go have a look in homepro on Sukhumvit, or any of the other home improvement shops, seem to rememeber one of them had PVC windows on display, obviously touting for another company...

Only PVC window shop I know of is on Sukhumvit in Pattaya

I am sure EURO UPVC doors and windows on the Sukhumvit road in Pattaya will oblige.

Windsor has their office in Rayong just past the Big C on highway 36. On the left just past the overpass. Keep you're eye open but it is definitely there. Global House sells some brand of upvc but I don't know anymore than that.

Most Home Marts have a display of Windsor products also.
