I want to set up a website to sell real estate in Thailand, working on commission basis.

Where to find any "program" or real estate agency who offer this service ?

If you look around here in Hua Hin you will find that there are a few deserted real estate offices, that should tell you something. Also, the established ones have their own websites.

Houses are still being sold here in HH but predominantly to 'bargain hunters' looking for good deals.
