Friend of mine just gone back to Malaysia, he has a Ten year Second home Visa, gets fast track through the airport ect, in other words Malaysia wants Farangs and their money, is it not time we, as Farangs petitioned the Royal Thai Government to give us at least some advantages, ie.1 year Visa no 90 day reporting, land ownership, (not talking about farms or Paddy) just the plot your house sits on, always seems to be something in your way here when dealing with the authorities.
