Crossing Cambod To Thailand With No Free Page In Passport?

Featured Replies

Hello,i'll be crossing the border from cambodia to thailand shortly, but seing as i dont have a totally free page in my passport, will they refuse stamping me with exit & entry stamps?I have space in previous pages, but would like to know your thoughts on this.

I've found that in thailand its very easy to renew your passport,so i would like to do it there if possible.

Thanks for any help.

You shouldn't hava a problem.

But unless you have a visa you will only get 15 days on entry which might not be enough time to get a new passport.

Blimey, only 15 days now :) .How does it stand now with consecutive border crossings?

Thanks for the help.

If you fly you get unlimited 30 day entries. By land if you do 4 consecutive entries they will question you when you enter get your address and check you out to see what you are up to.

What is your nationality?

This will be important because if you are a USA citizen, for example, you will have a problem.

What problem?

You will need enough space in your passport for two stamps, 1 exit from Cambodia and 1 entry into Thailand.

If you have an American passport, once in Thailand go to the American Embassy to have more pages added to your passport. It is same day service and no charge. For faster service you can book an appointment online. I did this 6 weeks ago and I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Download and fill in the Application before you go to save time.

You may find the American Embassy in Cambodia will add pages to your passport as well.

And one full page for the Cambodian visa sticker.

He is already in Cambodia. So no visa sticker needed.

He is already in Cambodia so will not need a Visa. :)
