Absolute Advantage are looking for an Office Manager/Assistant. Details are below:

Job Description – Office Manager/Assistant

As a new company we are seeking an experienced individual to manage a small office and provide secretarial support. You should have enough experience to work with your own initiative and help move the company forward. Your tasks will include:

• Manage a small office environment.

• Provide a full secretarial service support to the Director.

• Provide first point of contact for a wide range of contacts, both in Thailand and International.

• Arrange and attend sales meetings with companies in a supporting role.

• Maintain simple accounts and cash flows

• Translate web content and documents from English into Thai and vice versa.

Qualifications

• Thai nationality

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields

• At least 3 years of demonstrable experiences in an office management/personal assistant role or related fields.

• Proficiency in written and verbal English

• Computer literacy in MS Office and Internet Applications

• Out-going personality that isn't afraid to express opinions.

• Excellent organizational skills

• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision

• Related experiences in web design, Internet applications and a knowledge of current Internet trends.
