I had someone once tell me that you can get a yearly financial details of a business in Thailand from the Ministry of commerce.

I wanted to know a business profit loss i am interested in buying.

I looked on the MOC website,i cannot find a webpage for the searching.

Do i have the right government dept or does someone have a specific link to that part of the MOC website where i can search a business entitys profit statement.

The info you need is only available for SET listed companies (plcs).

For any private Co.Ltd. or partnership you'll have to obtain permission from somebody, probably the Co owners and/or the MoC.

You need to contact the Department of Business Development. The annual financial statements are lodged with them. You can also get a copy of the shareholders of the company their also. On this website you can search for information about companies, such as registered capital and the names of the directors. Sorry only available in Thai.
