Completely wrong. Nowhere near better than sitting empty! Get back to your other planet. Oh and by the way me and at least nine other people would like to come and stay in your house for 6000 baht per night while you are over here on holiday. Don't worry, we won't use much electric or many sheets and pillows etc. etc.

After all, it's better than you house being empty!!!!

But a daily THB6000/person X 5 bedrooms X 2 pax./room... could do the trick, no?!?

Which is not even $2,000/day...

i do know of 1 five bed villa that would stretch to $500 a night , but thats still 17,000 THB a night, but i dont think you will fine cheaper
