george Posted September 4, 2009 Share Posted September 4, 2009 French man arrested for allegedly selling 'Ice' drug in Pattaya PATTAYA: -- A French passport holder was arrested in Pattaya at late Thursday night for allegedly selling crystallized methamphetamine to tourists. Julien Vignerow, 21, was arrested at 20 minutes after midnight. Wonder what will happen to him now, dealer is not a good word but the quantity is minim, if i read well he all ready have a record in the court!
