1 Year Visa

Featured Replies

Dear all friends.

I want to apply 1 year or 6 month visa.

I am myanmar..

How can i apply?

is there any one who know about that?

please , let me know if you have experience for 1 year visa..

thanks

A visa that allows you stay for 1 year or 6 months does not exist other than one that is for retirement if you are over 50 years old.

Non immigrant visas are issued as either multiple or single entry. Each entry gives you a 90 day stay. They are only issued if you have a valid reason to get them.

A tourist visa allows for 60 days for each entry. They are issued for the number of entries you ask for. The most you can get a nearby embassies or consulates is a 2 entry.

You would probably have to apply for a visa in Myanmar.

You can get extensions of stay at immigration but these are only given for specific reasons.

Reasons for a visa or extension can be marriage to a Thai, work, retirement or to go school plus a few others.
