My thai wife and i wish to now register our marriage in Bangkok have all required documents translations etc. Does it need to be done in province where marrige took place or can we do it in Bangkok.Any address or area would be helpful.

You can marry at any amphur in the country. getting it doen in a place where they have more experience with mariages involving foreigners will speed up the process.

From the sound of it, it appears OP might have done the village ceremony and now wishes to legally get married.

I don't think it matters where you do it. In the long run it might be easier to register in the amphor where you live or where your bride is registered on a house book.

I could show you the office to do that here in KKC, but I don't recall the name of the office.

Check with your embassy for paperwork you'll need.
