You can marry at any amphur in the country. getting it doen in a place where they have more experience with mariages involving foreigners will speed up the process.

They have an office just around the corner from the Amphur near Nana.0892026389, Hope that helps you.

From the sound of it, it appears OP might have done the village ceremony and now wishes to legally get married.

I don't think it matters where you do it. In the long run it might be easier to register in the amphor where you live or where your bride is registered on a house book.

I could show you the office to do that here in KKC, but I don't recall the name of the office.

Check with your embassy for paperwork you'll need.
