Looking For A Nice Room And Office In Chiang Mai

Hi there,

I'm looking for a nice and inexpensive studio or apartment in Chiang Mai. Not too far from town center and if possible already with high speed internet or direct telephone line (around 5000 Baht or lower).

In addition, does anybody has an idea how much a representative and decent office would be per month (good location approx. 40 sqm.)?

Or are there also possiblities to combine office and apartment. Would be most thankful for any information, ideas and comments.
