Under what order are the member names placed at the bottom of each forum? The longer at the page the more at the front? And can all read the same order simultaneously?

From my observation I would say that the latest member to log-in is at the front of the list.

Yes everybody can see the same list but you'll have to do a refresh to get the latest list from time to time.

It's the last member to perform an action such as read a post. That is, it's in order of activity. I've been logged in all day but my name is now at the front of the list.
