I have a 1 year non-imm B multiple entry visa. My entry stamp expires 12th October. Can I leave Thailand ON the 12th (to get a new stamp), or does it have to be BEFORE the 12th.

By entry stamp do you mean your permission to stay date or is this the 'visa must be utilised before' date?

If permission to stay, you can leave on the 12th and on re-entering the country you will get a further 90 days stay so long as your visa is valid.

If this is the 'visa must be utilised before date', you will need to leave the country and re-enter Thailand no later than the 11th to obtain a further 90 days stay.

This is correct however, if I were you, I would check with immigration just to remove any doubts that you have.
