Indo-Siam Posted March 17, 2005 Share Posted March 17, 2005 Does anyone SPECIFICALLY know of an individual in Bangkok who can issue a signature guarantee that meets US Federal standards for a "Medallion Signature Gurantee" - not to be confused with notary services, or consular services. This is a specific program open generally to only US and Canadian banks. I am wondering if any of the following Bangkok branches have someone empowered (and a Medallion seal): Bank of America Citibank Merrill Lynch International Bank Chase Manhattan Bank The Bank of Nova Scotia Ideal would be a name and phone number.
