I am going to thailand next month , will my passport be good for 30 days i want to stay for 3 months is this possible ? Do i need to apply for visa here or there . Rememeber i am a an dumb american , just kidding .

Apply for a 60 day tourist visa in the US. That visa is extendable by another 30 days in Thailand.
